How does duplicate image detection work?

PDF documents often reuse the same image object (e.g. logo or header) across dozens of pages. Our engine detects identical fingerprints and groups them so you only download 1 copy by default.

Can I filter out small icons or header lines?

Yes! Use the Min Width, Min Height, or File Size filter to exclude small icons and decorative spacers so you only extract meaningful photographs.
